Consider allowing C-c to exit before pipeline is finished #190

If you do something like:

find / -type f | fzy

but realise at some point that's actually a lot of files to list and try to Ctrl-C, fzy absorbs the input. Once the lhs command finishes only then does the C-c get recognised and acted upon.

Another example that'll yield a similar result:

sleep 10 | fzy
# C-c

Please consider if C-c should tear down the pipeline and exit earlier.
