Overview of the feature request

We are moving to Spring Boot 4.
It would be good to have another stable release supporting Spring Boot 3 to be used in v9, since we are using jhipster-framework v9.0.0-beta0.
I propose to release current jhipster-bom main as 8.12.0.

Is jhipster-bom the only project you want released?

We don't need a jhipster-bom release for each generator-jhipster release anymore.
Every jhipster-framework dependency is optional and versions are managed by spring-dependencies.

In this case jhipster-framework v8.12.0 will be used to support Spring Boot 3 while we cannot migrate entirely.

I don't think our release process supports just releasing jhipster-framework. Also, since it's just publishing to Maven Central and not building the npm package, someone else could probably do the release.

I mean the jhipster-bom project, which includes jhipster-parent and jhipster-framerwork. jhipster-dependencies has been removed.
