Migrate Couchbase to Spring Boot 4. #31906

Overview of the feature request
In order to support Couchbase in Spring Boot 4 we should move away from Couchmove due to tchlyah/couchmove#48.
Alternatives:
- Liquibase
- Mongock ? Spring Boot 4 support is unknown.
