Allow user to acknowledge curator changes to submission metadata #33
Description
If the metadata curator modifies one or more fields in the submission metadata, these changes should be highlighted for the original submitting user. The submitter should be able to explicitly accept the changes or they can (re)overwrite the values.
Should be able to highlight metadata fields by matching metadata properties with SubmissionAction keys
