include cloudvolume secrets in intern config #54
Description
Right now intern users could set up a .intern/config file with bossDB tokens, however if they decide to use the CloudVolume remote they need to also create a .cloudvolume/secrets/*.json file for each of their secrets to access data from GCP or S3, we should try and include this in the .intern/config such that users, only need to worry about a single configuration access point.
