Change the tutorial to use a branch of uniffi-starter

Hi, first of all, thanks for putting this 3rd party binding for uniffi.

After watching this talk, I decided to try out for myself following the docs here.

I ended up bumping into this error after build the iOS xcframework and running the XCode build again.

• create-react-native-library: 0.49.8
• react-native: 0.78.2
• uniffi-bindgen-react-native: 0.29.0-0

After downgrading uniffi-bindgen-react-native to 0.28.3-5 it worked.

The problem you see is that the uniffi-starter project depends on uniffi-rs version 0.28, and uniffi-bindgen-react-native is generating bindings for 0.29.

As you've found, downgrading ubrn to a version 0.28.* fixes the problem. But this isn't ideal.

A better solution, would be for the uniffi-starter project to depend on version 0.29 of uniffi-rs.

You can do this by changing the ubrn.config.yaml to:

rust:
  repo: https://github.com/jhugman/uniffi-starter.git
  branch: jhugman/bump-uniffi-to-0.29
  manifestPath: foobar/Cargo.toml

then running:

rm -Rf rust_modules
yarn ubrn checkout --config ubrn.config.yaml

I should update the docs to this for future people finding what you found.
