fails patch of grub 2.04 with dunfell branch #237
Description
poky dunfell branch breaks patch application of
meta-efi-secure-boot/recipes-bsp/grub/grub-efi/0001-grub-verify-Add-strict_security-variable.patch
starting with poky commit c55481b8066a32afefdd4404b7ce5a7e8ebbb7cd which has a number of CVE patches.
poky tag 'dunfell-23.0.13' appears to build, but poky tag 'dunfell-23.0.14' does not.
