Option to autoload #5
Description
Given how bad GitHub's renderer is those days, it would be helpful to have an option to automatically open nbviewer whenever viewing a notebook on GitHub, or at least when GitHub's preview fails (always open would be useful too because GitHub's viewer doesn't support some notebook features).
