Need help in mapping L/R SURROUND_DIRECT and L/R WIDE

Hi,
I want to map below mentioned channels to "enum channel" in ebur128.h

Lsd, /*Left surround direct, AV_CH_SURROUND_DIRECT_LEFT/
Rsd, /*Right surround direct, AV_CH_SURROUND_DIRECT_RIGHT/
Lw, /*Left Front Wide, AV_CH_WIDE_LEFT/
Rw, /*Right Front Wide, AV_CH_WIDE_RIGHT/
