Improve SentinelList4337Lib to support an address mapping to a list of uint256

[`acctMembers`](https://github.com/jimmychu0807/semaphore-msa-modules/blob/main/packages/contracts/src/SemaphoreExecutor.sol#L77C30-L77C57) in Executor currently is a mapping from an address (uint160) to a list of address (uint160). To store the member commitments properly, the SentinelList4337Lib data structure need to support storing uint256.
