Focus is on address bar on second tab opened #227
Description
I use Duck Duck Go as my home page for NewTab-redirect. When I launch Chrome it opens with the focus in the DDG search box, which is what I want. I don't want it in the address bar.
However, when I open another tab the focus is and remains in the address bar with the URL highlighted.
Here is the strange bit: it is only for that second tab. The next tab I open (so now have a total of three open) behaves correctly with the focus in the DDG search box. Subsequent tabs also open correctly.
It is always only the second tab opened after Chrome is running that has the problem.
