please remove CDN resouce dependencies

Hi,
When using this in a limited network env, without internet, the browser can't load CDN resource from any other site.
Will you please compact them in the binary (I found just about 60K), or provide a way to use separate pages?

This is very important for private/isolated networks. The default "words" that fill in place of the arrows/etc. are very oversized and ugly. It makes using parts of the tool very difficult.

The best example of "very difficult to use" is the Jobs > > Groups page; the Task Groups section for actions, including arrow_up, arrow_downward, refresh, and stop are huge words creating a scroll bar. This is difficult to navigate, and even more difficult to use effectively.

The tool is fabulous - but having some better defaults or bundled fonts would REALLY help make it more useful in those environments.
