Option to add a second trusted relayer #591
Description
While running a local relayer is exciting, an option to fail back to a trusted relayer ( Jito or another validator's ) woud be useful when something fails on the local relayer so that we dont miss any bundles. Logging it for future consideration even if it may not be the most immediate need.
