Unable to Access Searcher API / No Permission to Open Ticket in Discord #934

Hello Jito Team,
I'm trying to gain access to the Jito Searcher API for development purposes. I’ve already joined the Jito Developers Discord and completed the verification in the │verify-here channel. However, I am unable to see any additional channels like #create-ticket or submit any messages in the existing channels.
It seems my role hasn’t been upgraded or I haven’t been granted the necessary permissions yet. Additionally, the link to the Searcher API page at https://jito.network/searcher is currently showing a 404 error.
Could you please assist with the following:
- Granting me access or appropriate roles in Discord to submit a request
- Or providing an alternative method to apply for the Searcher API (e.g., application form or direct process)
