README fails to include proper URL path when using skynet and streaming whisper

Description

The README file does not include the proper instructions for connecting jigasi to a skynet instance for the purpose of getting transcriptions.

Current behavior

The instructions in the README include the following sample to add to your sip-communicator.properties file:

org.jitsi.jigasi.transcription.whisper.websocket_url=wss://<YOUR-DOMAIN>:<<PORT>>

Expected Behavior

The instructions should include this line instead:

org.jitsi.jigasi.transcription.whisper.websocket_url=wss://<YOUR-DOMAIN>:<PORT>/streaming-whisper/ws

Without the right path, skynet gives a 403 forbidden error, which seems like a problem with authentication.
