How to Enable Unsupported Languages in Jigasi with Google Speech-to-Text v2?

I am using Jigasi for voice-to-text with Google Speech-to-Text, but my language is not supported in Google Speech-to-Text v1. Jitsi/Jigasi still uses v1, while my language is supported only in v2 of the Google API.
How can I configure Jigasi to use Google Speech-to-Text v2, or is there any workaround to make it support my language?

You can change the dependencies in pom.xml and rebuild it.
