Controls cover bottom row of names

What happened?

Here's the bottom of the Jitsi window for the meeting I'm currently in:

The controls bar covers the bottom row of names. And there's plenty of room below the controls bar. AFAICT, if the conrols bar were at the bottom of the window, this wouldn't happen.

Hey @joshtriplett ! I encountered the same layout issue where the toolbox covers participant name tags at the bottom.

I've traced the root cause: while checkToolboxOverlap sets shiftUp to true to move the toolbox, the participant name tags in Thumbnail.tsx weren't reacting to this state and stayed pinned at the bottom of the tiles.

I have submitted a pull request with a fix that dynamically shifts the bottom name indicators up to float perfectly above the toolbox when active, and slide back down when it hides.
