Debian package for trixie (new default java version 21)

Please update jitsi-videobridge to work with java 21 (which is the default on the new debian stable version "trixie") and make the debian package compatible with openjdk-21-jre-headless and openjdk-21-jre. See: jitsi/jitsi-meet-debian-meta#13

In the meantime, there is already openjdk-25-jre-headless and openjdk-25-jre - the new LTS JRE - in the debian repositories.
