Description
We're using this videobridge regularly on a self hosted instance, and often one or more people who are on the call, are no longer visible (but we can still hear everyone).
Current behavior
It usually works that we can see everyone on the group video chat, but sometimes it does not, how can I debug this more usefully?
Expected Behavior
I expect everyone on the call to be visible.
Possible Solution
Sometimes when you click the 4 squares the bottom to change the view it fixes this, but very rarely.
Steps to reproduce
Unknown what is causing it so far.
