feat(ChatRoom) drop deprecated _addToPresence method

We mistakenly renamed it from addToPresence to _addToPresence, breaking
Spot and Jibri in the process.

Since the breakage is already there, and we have had a replacement for
years, we'll switch to it on both applications.
