How to Use Summaries and Assistant Modules in Skynet?

Hello,

I have successfully started Skynet with the following enabled modules:

ENABLED_MODULES=summaries:dispatcher,summaries:executor,assistant,streaming_whisper

There were no errors in the output while starting the system. I am sure that the streaming_whisper module is working because I can see transcription results. However, I am unsure how to verify if the summaries and assistant modules are functioning correctly.

I have checked the documentation but couldn’t find details on how to use or test these modules. Specifically, I would like to know:

• How can I check if the summaries and assistant modules are working as expected?
• What is the expected behavior/output of these modules?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi

Default setup when running on CPU assumes you have a running ollama with llama 3.1. You can change that model default with env var LLAMA_PATH (e.g. 'llama3.3')
