Only push bookmark if diff has changed

When using jj, I rebase all of my branches regularly. This is great, and it ensures all my work is up to date and if there are conflicts, I can catch them early.

But this means that I also often push changes that just rebase branches. These consume CI resources, and lead to noise on GitHub.

Ideally I would only push bookmarks if the diff has changed.
In other words, I want to check if the diff of the local bookmark is the same as that of the remote bookmark (even though they might have different parents).
Is there an easy way I can filter by this property?

You can check if the interdiff is empty. E.g. jj interdiff --from my-feature@origin --to my-feature.
