How to monitor .jj for changes #6646
-
|
I'm working on a notify-feature for lazyjj so that a jj command in another terminal will cause the lazyjj display to update. For this I monitor the .jj folder, but it generates quite a lot of changes. Is there some file that is better to watch than others? |

.jj/repo/op_heads/heads/should work, but note that.jj/repomay be a file if you're in a non-main workspace. Also note that.jj/repo/op_heads/heads/only exists when using the default "op heads" backend, so it won't work to monitor that in internal repos at Google, for example.
