How to fetch gerrit changes into some jj-readable form? (how to reference FETCH_HEAD in jj?)

Hi! I want to refer to a non-refs/heads Git ref, namely, FETCH_HEAD.

Use case: hit "d" on https://gerrit.lix.systems/c/lix/+/3333/47, grab git fetch https://gerrit.lix.systems/lix refs/changes/33/3333/47, run it, then ??? somehow rebase onto that change with jj.

This needs #4388, until then you need to fetch and then make it visible to jj with a bookmark.

The download plugin pops up a window with various git commands, this one will check out the specific change (assuming you have a colocated git repo):

git fetch http://127.0.0.1:8080/myrepo refs/changes/22/22/2 && git checkout FETCH_HEAD
