jj log returns non-zero exit status

Description

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Run jj log in a git colocated repo

Expected Behavior

jj log returns exit status of 0

Actual Behavior

I've always seen it return a non-zero exit status, I think it's always 3. Fairly sure I've seen this across multiple machines / projects. I use fish shell and it makes it very noticeable by showing a bright red [3] notice every time I run this command. But I can reproduce in bash too if I echo $?.

I didn't find anything in jj log --help about the exit status used.

Interestingly, my shell does not care that git log returns exit status 141 when 'q' so changing to 141 could be a significant improvement. The user perception was I just thought jj was buggy.
