Downloading single file from compressed archives ?

How I can download single file using ia from compressed archive ?
It is possible using WebBrowser after ViewContents, but I do not see any way using ia.
For instance from Item , Archive <sparrow3d-1.3.zip>, File <sparrow3d.h>
Copy Link in Firefox gives:
https://archive.org/download/sparrow3d/sparrow3d-1.3.zip/sparrow3d-1.3%2Fsparrow3d.h
