Something I noticed: Once you have logged in to an account with ia configure, you cannot log out again. In principle you could delete the configuration file, but it appears the path to the configuration file is only printed on login. (There is an ia configure command to print the contents of the configuration file, but not its path.) So if you didn't write that down, then it appears the only way to reset your configuration is to log in a second time, write down the path to the configuration, then delete the file. Seems like an oversight.
