Allow changing pulse counter configuration after creation

If someone connects a new pulse counter to their GEM after setting it up in Home Assistant, the only way to set unit and device class for the pulse counter today is via the YAML.

There should be a way in the UI somewhere to re-configure the pulse counter.

This would be a useful feature - especially right now!
In the interim, can you give a pointer to how to add the pulse counter in YAML? It's showing up in the diagnostic data as updating but the entity isn't becoming available in HA.

I did get the YAML working so, while I think the enhancement would be great, I am set for now and all is working great.

Did you get this resolved? I need to change a pulse counter config after creation, but cannot figure out any way to do that. I have looked through home assistant files and I do not see any YAML files that contain this. I am using HACS GreenEye Monitor integration.
