js8call-2.2.0 is not found

The command wget http://files.js8call.com/2.2.0/js8call-2.2.0.tgz returned 404 while running ./docker.sh build. The website does not have version 2.2.0 any more.

That's great. Looks like they completely eradicated the old versions. This will cause other issues.

I will attempt to upgrade this on the develop version, but I don't intend to backport this to release. Maybe I can switch to an archive from here: github.com/js8call/js8call/releases/tag/v2.2.0-ga
