Support the Python3.14 t-strings in htmf-format #1
Description
The future of htmf is t-strings, of course. There is a lot of time to experiment until the 3.14 become a widespread enough.
As a first step, it's worth to implement t-strings support in htmf-format. AST nodes for f-strings and t-strings are quite similar.
In any case, htmf-format will be useful as a formatter for other t-string HTML libraries.
