Kirppu allows selling products that are not marked as present

We had an incident at Desucon 2017 where (my understanding of the situation is sort of vague) several items were left unmarked as "brought to event" even if they actually were, and their revenue wasn't correctly reimbursed to their vendor.

This might be caused by Kirppu not always checking for RPC success, but I'm not quite sure.
