Using multiple threads for building the kdtree with KDTreeEigenMatrixAdaptor #209
Description
I can't seem to be able to find a way to use multiple threads while using KDTreeEigenMatrixAdaptor. I looked at the class constructor and it seems to be quite overlooked. The example does not show the use of KDTreeSingleIndexAdaptorParams for the KDTreeEigenMatrixAdaptor either.
Am I missing something or this is not implemented?
