Adding Time Entry in commit message #16
Description
Redmine can automatically log spent time from commit messages.

So it would be great not to open the browser for time logging after clicking on
a "Time Entry" button, but for example to open a "Hours: --. Minutes: --." form
(or it can be just a form, without a button.. or both).
