Binary Files report update URL unreachable.

It looks to me like the binaries have not been recompiled for Issue #26.

I downloaded and installed the file: TurtleMine_64bit_1.2.0.1.msi from here:
https://github.com/jlestein/turtlemine/tree/master/downloads
When I use it, I get the following in the lower right corner of the window:

I have verified that the following link is reachable from the machine running TSVN and TurtleMine:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jlestein/turtlemine/master/Version/Version.xml
And the following link returns the 404 error:
http://turtlemine.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/Version/Version.xml
