Amazon Ads API MCP SDK using OpenAPI parser

Amazon has some complex OpenAPI specs and FastMCP handled it like a champ!

Thanks to @jlowin for helping sort through the OpenAPI parser complexities using such a complex upstream system. There is some complex preprocessing occuring prior to FastMCP, but once it gets to FastMCP everything is working great.
