Update Chinese version of README with recent changes

Several updates were made to the English version of the guide since the Chinese version was created. We need to update the Chinese translation with changes made since the March release (tracked using the v1.0.0 tag).

I have a new batch of updates available now, would one of you happen to have some time and could help update the zh-CN version of the README with the latest changes?
