How do I force metadata to update after changing the preset?

I have a pile of content downloaded already against these config.yaml options (among others):

presets:
  base:
    preset:
      - "Kodi TV Show by Date"
      - "best_video_quality"
      - "tv_show_paths"

Now I want to change to "Plex TV Show by Date", but I don't see an obvious way to force ytdl-sub to go through and update all the metadata to the Plex presets. Does this already happen under the hood? I have loaded the media into Plex after trying the change, but the episode titles don't match what Youtube shows, and I'm assuming that Plex doesn't like the metadata.

--update-with-info-json, you will need to set an experimental flag though in your config
