Unable to install Eclipse copyright generator plugin

When i try to install the plugin via "Install New Software". It is failing with error 

Could not find https://dl.bintray.com/jmini/Eclipse-Copyright]-Generator/

Tried via eclipse market place. its failing "repository not found https://dl.bintray.com/jmini/Eclipse-Copyright-Generator/"
