Homepage and Eclipse Help

I have started a project homepage on Github.io: https://jmini.github.io/Eclipse-Copyright-Generator/
The source for this page is README.adoc and the /docs folder.

There is also already content inside the plugin (relying on Eclipse Help):
/com.wdev91.eclipse.copyright/help

Both contents should be merged and everything should be single sourced.
For Eclipse Help, a Guide (to appear at top level of the Help) should be created. It requires a toc.xml and this file should be registered in the plugin.xml.
