Outgoing transfers sometimes mislabelled in feed

Expected behavior

Should show token transfers correctly

Actual behavior

Blockscout misreports the tx type temporarily, leading to incorrect labeling in feed. Need to add special logic to ignore blockscout in some cases

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Send a token transfer. Only repros randomly
