Alienomics in a container

Would it be possible to provide alienomics in a container (available on DockerHub) alongside all dependencies and external programs?

Thank you for your helpful suggestions. We will definitely consider using containers. However, I must mention that currently, we only have access to conda with all Perl dependencies (https://anaconda.org/jnarayan81/alienomics). Nevertheless, we appreciate your input and will keep it in mind as we continue to explore different options.
