[Bug] Brew stops after ~4 seconds and shows "Calibrating" — requires restart

When pressing the Start button to begin a brew, the machine runs for approximately 4 seconds and then stops unexpectedly. The display shows "Calibrating" and brewing cannot be resumed without restarting the process.a

Describe the issue in greater detail

After pressing the Start button, the brew process begins normally. However, after approximately 4 seconds, it stops on its own. The UI then shows the message "Calibrating" and the machine does not continue brewing. The only way to recover is to cancel and start over from the beginning. This makes the machine essentially unusable for consistent brewing.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select a brew profile
2. Press the Start button to begin brewing
3. Observe the machine running for ~4 seconds
4. Machine stops unexpectedly
5. Display shows "Calibrating"
6. Process cannot be resumed — must be restarted

Expected behavior

The brew should run through the full selected profile without interruption. "Calibrating" should not appear mid-brew or cause the process to abort.
