Registry not updated with new themes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The registry doesn’t include all the themes from the default theme picker and hasn’t been updated in 4 months. I assume the storage method may have changed.

Update the registry regularly with new themes so they match the default theme picker.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually importing themes from the default picker, but it would be nicer to have an up-to-date registry.

I’m building a project and would like to use the latest themes while giving credit to tweakcn.

Hi, the registry is always up to date since it's computed at build-time. So any new built-in theme has a registry file auto-generated.

It looks like the current registry is outdated as it only contains 36, while the site currently lists 42 (41 + default). Additionally, the registry file hasn’t been updated in 5 months assuming you deploy from main.

To confirm the endpoint for the registry, https://tweakcn.com/r/registry.json, also only serves the 36 themes, confirming it is not up to date?

Edit: Maybe its changed a bit with the new shadcn registries for installing, but the endpoint at least doesn't serve all themes as missing ones are:

• Amethyst Haze
• Darkmatter
• Notebook
• Soft Pop
• Violet Bloom

The registry currently serves 41 out of the 42 listed themes. The only exception is "Default", which is more of a playground for editing and building your own theme. The registry is up to date and does include the themes you mentioned as missing.
If you’d like to double-check for a specific theme, you can verify it yourself by visiting:

https://tweakcn.com/r/themes/.json
(just replace with the theme name in kebab-case).

The registry is up to date and does include the themes you mentioned as missing. If you’d like to double-check for a specific theme, you can verify it yourself by visiting:

@YashwantOstwal Thanks for input but doesn't solve my issue, I know and see they are directly at each theme, or they wouldn't even be installable. But you are wrong about the "registry is up to date", the index doesn't serve them all as should be.. take a look for your self as there is only 36, while the site currently lists 42 (41 + default).. https://tweakcn.com/r/registry.json or https://github.com/jnsahaj/tweakcn/blob/main/public/r/registry.json so this needs to serve 41 not 36, so as you can see there it doesn't serve all themes as missing ones are:

Main issue is they are not in the root registry index and i need the list dynamically as tweakcn adds more.

ex: Imagine we’re building a dynamic dropdown that should always stay in sync with tweakcn. The dropdown’s options are populated by fetching/caching the list of themes from the registry.json endpoint. This way, whenever tweakcn adds a new theme, it automatically appears in our dropdown without us having to manually update anything. Essentially, the dropdown’s state is driven by the parsed list of themes provided by that endpoint. then to get each theme either use the content or fetch the direct theme.

Just to say to, @jnsahaj your themes are being served directly from the DB (app/r/themes/[id]/route.ts) using the getTheme(id) action.. That's possibly why that file is static and hasn't been regenerated in 5 months, its not being ran or built locally to generate the theme and vercel build doesn't update the local public/r/registry.json being served.But when you run generate-theme-registry it reads from the themePresets (utils/theme-presets.ts) not the db like all the others are being served for use. But since this utils/theme-presets.ts is correct i just assume you're just not building locally to update the public/r/registry.json??
