Probably even better would be to say something about each of those things, e.g.

Hey Chaals, this seems like a page that was started but not actually used/filled with content, and so "content" is just a filler term (at least i think so) - is there a way to navigate to this from the main page? I could remove it - or maybe at least hide it. The url seems like a generic numbered page (which actually threw a 404 earlier anyways, not sure why that is.
