Feature Request: more refresh feeds options

At the moment you can only refresh the feeds every hour or every 12 hours, there is nothing in between.
Every hour is a bit too often for me, but only every 12 hours is far too infrequent.
More options like every 4, 6, 8 hours would be great or even better the manual specification of the hours.
