Show the publication date of an article

Currently, the publication time of an article is displayed relative to the publication time. It would be helpful if users had the option to switch between the relative display and the actual publication time.

I think if I change this I want to make absolute time the only option. The relative time is a little hacky right now since it always needs to update based on a timer.

For example, NetNewsWire shows the exact time for articles on the current day, and a date if it's older than a day.
