Add option to always expand tags

Maybe an option can be added to always expand the tag lists. Currently the default is that they are collapsed.

@mariomie thanks for the suggestion - I like the idea! I'll play around with having this as default behavior to "pin" the folder when its opened for the first time. That way there's one less setting to manage.

Hi, I am aware that some of the name conventions can be a bit janky.
But, if I may be able to add, I use user Labels as a way to sort my news feed items, which I equate to acting as #hashtags. It makes it easier to find them later via search. As such, I have dozens upon dozens of them. As they do add up over the years.

However, for general navigation, I use Tags. Which I equate as either general topics or folders, which you can expand. Since they are easy to get at on the web interface. Existing immediately to the left of the newsfeed.

As such, may it be possible to have an option so in Capyreader as to have Tags to come up first, on the left-hand menu? As every time I open the app, activate the side menu, I have to scroll down for 3-5 seconds, past dozens of labels, every time, just to get to the Tags at the bottom.

Having them already expanded if that is how they were left on last use is great! However, if we could have them at the top, above user Labels, would also be a welcome addition.

As I cannot be the only one who has tons of user Labels.

To me those are labels (on top) and beneath that categories, but like you already said: name conventions can be a bit janky. This is the naming convention in FreshRSS too, so maybe I've just adopted it over the years 😄

Adding to your suggestion: I think, it might be helpful and an optimization to make the labels collapsable. This would also lead to feature parity with the (what to me are) categories.

Right now, I don't like scrolling past the labels, too, because I only need them occasionally. And I don't have that many labels to begin with, like you.

Hey @daffydock - no, you're not the only one with a ton of labels. And thanks for the suggestion about collapsing them @scharmach. How about something like this? I'll make sure that the collapsed state is also tracked with these top-level dropdowns too.

I know this goes beyond the initial discussion, but do you think it would also be possible to have the number counters next to the "Searches", like the are to the right of the "Tags"?

I've also noticed only now that with the filter set to unread, you never actually know if there are any unread "Searches" before tapping on one of them. Wouldn't it make sense to hide a "Search" from unreads (like "Tags" in fact already are) if there's nothing to read?

Good point about hiding Search on Unread. I'll track that here #972. I might be able to tackle search counts with that as well.

Hi, apologies for the late reply. I recently downloaded latest version and yes, it makes Capy so much more welcoming to use! Thank you very much for adding that implementation. I am a big fan and I know that many other users who are in the same boat I was will be thankful too.
