Fix missing @SiZe annotations on arrays

- Fix check for array type by avoiding ClassNotFoundException thrown by
  Class.forName
- Add integration test using a byte[] with minLength and maxLength
- Remove unit tests that are using codemodel mocks.

Closes #1669.
