Safari support (with web extensions API)

Hi Joel

Just putting in another feature request for native Safari support. I know I can use the web version, but I'm keen to have a proper extension (that doesn't change the address bar, but does put focus in the address bar).

I know it's been requested before (#112) and at the time you said no, because Safari didn't support the web extensions API. I believe Safari does now support that API - would that help?

Also - I'm not a JS expert but I've been coding in various languages for ages, so I'm really happy to build this myself and do a PR if that helps. And I've got a Mac with Xcode installed - but I'm guessing that might not matter any more, now that Safari has web extensions?

Anyhoo - is that something you'd be willing to consider?

Update - I believe you still need a (paid) apple developer account to publish a Safari extension.

If you already have one, that's great. But if you don't have one (and don't want to get it) maybe I could fork and publish under my apple dev account? If you're OK with that?

(yeah, I know it's GPL so I can do whatever I want ... but I'd choose not to do this, if you don't want me to.)
