The static site generator Jekyll requires that markdown files contain a special YAML-containing header at the very start of the file. If licenseheaders is used to apply marking to files it will be prepended above the YAML header, which will cause trouble for the files being used by Jekyll.
Is it possible for the license scanner to look more deeply into a source file beyond the very beginning?
I think there is currently an allowance for shebang lines (like #!/bin/sh) above the license marking, so this could be treated similarly (with a command option allowance for some number of lines).
